ADEPT Transilvania Foundation, E.CECA SRL and the ASURA Association make up the consortium to implement the project “Entrepreneurship Develop Transylvania (ADA)” POCU / 82/3/7/105904, co-financed from the European Social Fund through the Human Capital Operational Program 2014-2020. The project is implemented in the Center Region and has a total value of 11,552,038.78 lei.
The overall objective of the project is to increase employment by supporting non-agricultural enterprises in the urban area by promoting entrepreneurial culture and developing entrepreneurial and managerial knowledge and skills among 300 individuals (unemployed, inactive, people with a place working in the Central Region (Alba, Braşov, Covasna, Harghita, Mureş, Sibiu counties), facilitating the start of new business, encouraging entrepreneurship and self-employment. Of the 300 people in the target group, 70 people will be unemployed, 160 inactive and 70 people who have a job and set up a business to create new jobs. Following a business plan competition, 40 businesses will be funded and will receive technical and financial support and assistance to implement their business plans. At least 80 jobs will be created within the 40 start-ups set up.
To be eligible, individuals must meet the following cumulatively: belong to one of the following categories: unemployed, inactive, people who have a job and set up a business to create new jobs; intend to set up a non-agricultural business in the urban area; – have their residence or domicile in rural or urban areas in the Center region.
Informing the public about the entrepreneurial training program will be done through 6 events, organized one at the level of each county. These will be announced in advance on our website and on the Facebook Entrepreneurship Developed Transylvania – ADA Entrepreneurship page.
