Two ADEPT staff and one local producer (with ADEPT support) attended the event

Terra Madre Salone del Gusto is the most important international event dedicated to food and gastronomy: the market hosts exhibitors from five continents, including numerous events dedicated to the wealth and diversity of global cuisine, food trucks, street food, and artisanal beer, cinema screenings, the forums on traditional food communities and more. Producers and consumers learn more about how our food is made, preserving biodiversity and securing a better food future for everyone.

Over 10.000 visitors and 7.000 delegates from more than 150 countries, 5 continents. ADEPT had attended for 6 successive years

Dedicated Exhibition stand to the Bazna pig products that were thus introduced to the world.

Fundatia ADEPT, founded in 2004, is a biodiversity conservation and rural development NGO based in Saschiz, Romania. Our aim is to give the High Nature Value Farmed Landscapes of Transylvania and their communities an economic future and relevance in the 21st century without sacrificing their sustainability and productivity. These landscapes are an important model for future productive and sustainable farming in Europe.
