Name of the investment project: “ADEPT 2.0 – Digital Activation for Efficiency and Technological Progress”
Fundația ADEPT Transilvania announces the completion of the project “ADEPT 2.0 – Digital Activation for Efficiency and Technological Progress”, financed through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), project code 918/i9/c7, implemented during the period 01.10.2025 – 30.04.2026.
Project results:
- Implementation of digital solutions: ERP, CRM, IoT, and E-Commerce;
- Website optimization and integration of an AI chatbot;
- Digitization of the archive and implementation of an electronic system;
- Acquisition of IT equipment and digital infrastructure;
- Training of staff and volunteers;
- Conducting an IT technical audit.
Project impact:
The project contributed to increasing the level of digitalization, streamlining internal processes, and improving beneficiaries’ access to digital services.
The total value of the project is 383,419.13 RON, of which 347,781.00 RON represents non-reimbursable financial assistance through PNRR, and the own contribution is 31,742.07 RON.
