   6. O.6: Enhance digital skills by training 10 employees and 5 volunteers and facilitating remote work.

• Increased online revenue: donations, sponsorships, and online fundraising campaigns will exceed 1% of the organization’s total income.
• Online shop for local products: an e-commerce section on the website will generate income for ADEPT and the community, particularly supporting women from vulnerable groups.
• IoT technology for optimization: applied at the Saschiz office and on drones to monitor resources and operations.
