General Objective

Increasing employment by supporting social economy enterprises with non-agricultural profile in urban or rural areas by promoting entrepreneurial culture in social economy and developing knowledge, skills, entrepreneurial and managerial skills in social economy, among 120 individuals: (unemployed), inactive people, people who have a job and want to set up a social economy enterprise to create new jobs) in the Central, South-East and West regions in Romania, facilitating the start-up of new businesses, thus encouraging entrepreneurship in social economy and self-employment.

Specific Objectives

Through its specific objectives, the project contributes to the achievement of the general objective, which promotes the social economy, social inclusion, equal opportunities and non-discrimination, in order to reduce the poverty level in the Central, South-East and West regions in Romania.

Through the project, 105 new jobs will be created, which will help to improve the employment rate of disadvantaged groups, to combat long-term unemployment, thus promoting social integration.

Specific Objective 1

Supporting entrepreneurship by delivering Entrepreneur Training courses in Social Economy among at least 120 people from the target group, but also developing skills in the field of social enterprise management by delivering courses of Social Enterprise Manager for approximately 40 people in the group target, raising awareness on the opportunities offered by entrepreneurship, as well as on the principles of social innovation, the transition to a low carbon and non-discrimination economy.

Specific Objective 2

Stimulating self-employment by financing 21 business plans in social economy from the Central, South-East and West development regions in Romania, with a maximum amount of 462,380 lei (~ 100,000 euros).

The real and direct benefit, as a result of achieving this objective, is the establishment of social economy structures, capable of functioning in a self-sustainable manner and the creation of at least 105 jobs in order to reduce the poverty level, respecting the principles. non-discrimination and equal opportunities

Specific Objective 3

Promoting social innovation and the field of social economy by organizing events, which will have as main topic the two topics and, in addition, in order to maintain the sustainability of the project, through the project will be developed a forum for discussions on these topics, in order the transfer of know-how between people both in the country and abroad in terms of social innovation and the field of social economy.

The total value of the project is 13,819,223.38 lei (of which the eligible non-reimbursable value from the ESF is 11,746,339.88 lei, the eligible value non-reimbursable from the national budget is 2,072,833.50 lei).
