Those who will submit their business plans to the contest, will have free access to the library, to more than 200 specialized books.
After appointing the winners of the business plan competition, 5 experts will offer free advice on: business management, public procurement, accounting, marketing and promotion, taxation and law, R & D, innovation, cost-effectiveness analysis.
